What is up my friends and welcome to WagMedia's comprehensive coverage of this week's updates in the Dotsama ecosystem - what a week! I must take a little time to show appreciation for all the people who have helped me throughout this journey. When I learned about Web3, decentralization and how this technology aims at flipping the current economic model upside down, I had hope. I dreamt of the possibilities and searched for which project, which chain, which community truly looks forward and brings a realistic promise of enabling the vision of a world built on Web3. When I learned about Polkadot and Kusama, it immediately clicked. Since then I have met amazing people, outstanding communities and have grown enormously in this space. I encourage all who may be reading this but unsure of how to proceed to just start contributing. Get invovled, ask questions, grow. In time, you will find your place. I mean if I can do it...so can you.

TOP NEWS OF THE WEEK

With the public launch of the Talisman Wallet, there has been a flurry of announcements on integrations, giveaways, partnerships and more. The Talisman team has truly produced an incredible product in line with their aim to make exploring Polkadot and Kusama (the paraverse) as smooth as possible. They believe the gateway to Web3 is the wallet, and I completely agree. Making this user friendly is the key to onboarding the masses. Just think back to when you first started transacting on networks and how confusing it was to switch networks, send funds from one wallet to another and constantly sign transactions. With Talisman you sign in once, simply click "approve" to sign transactions and don't have to worry about switching networks or selecting a wallet to work on a specific chain. Making this experience easy for users is paramount.
