The Balancer Smart Pool that follows a Liquidity Bootstrapped weight-changing program acts as a Dutch Auction that works in tandem with an Automated Market Maker (AMM).
The Balancer ‘Dutch Auction’ ticks the token price lower and lower over time because the weights are being adjusted by the Smart Pool.
When tokens are purchased from the pool, the balance of the tokens in the AMM changes, and the price of the token price increases. This process continues until, all tokens are sold, and the token is effectively distributed. Unique.Photo is considering a Balancer Smart Pool for a fair launch.
