Polkadot v0.9.28 has been released with a MEDIUM upgrade priority.

Referendum 70, proposing to increase the maximum number of HRMP channels from 10 to 30, is currently passing by a wide margin with only 2 days left to vote.
Motion 248, to fund the development of YieldBay, did not reach majority.
Motion 249, to fund the continued development of Polkawatch (the degree of decentralization watch tool) for Q3 2022, is under consideration.
Motion 250, to fund PolkaWorld’s community operation costs from Sep 2022 to Nov 2022, is under consideration.
Kian (Parity engineer), on behalf of the staking team, published a post to propose slightly increasing nomination limits.

Referendum 222, proposing to extend the lease of the Statemine common good parachain, has passed.
Referendum 223, proposing to upgrade Statemine to runtime v9270, is passing by a wide margin with one day left to vote.
Referendum 224, to fix the opening of an HRMP channel between Statemine and Robonomics, is passing unanimously with four days left to vote.
Referendum 225, to upgrade Kusama's runtime from version 9260 to 9271, is passing unanimously with six days left to vote.
Motion 525, to sponsor a DotSama presence at Blockchain Rio, was disapproved.
Motion 526, to fund prizes at the SNI Hackathon x Kenya Wildlife Trust, was passed and executed.
Motion 528, to create a bounty for funding an incentive for the moderation team, was passed and executed.
Motion 531, to fund the development of KusamaHub, is under consideration.
Motion 532, to fund Sublab’s development of fully native open-source libraries for mobile platforms in DotSama, is under consideration.
There are currently nine public Proposals available. Proposals become Referenda in order of how much KSM endorse them.
The discussion is still ongoing regarding the WAGMedia Treasury Proposal.
A new Treasury Proposal for participation of the Polkadot ecosystem in the 10th Pais Digital Chile Summit is up for discussion.

Following the recent Statemine runtime upgrade, you can now trade Statemine NFTs on Singular.
Moonbeam’s Connected Contracts Hackathon is now open to submissions.
Origin Trail has successfully launched the TRAC Teleport for teleporting tokens to its parachain.
Astar is preparing for the launch of Cosmize, its first metaverse.

It also launched its new getting_started series to provide guides & tutorials on Astar and the Polkadot ecosystem.

Nodle published a treasury locking announcement.
Interlay published a new ecosystem report.
Astar announced the addition of Blockdaemon to its infrastructure providers.
Integritee partners with Crust for publicly verifiable decentralized content storage.
Bit.country published The New Era of Bit.Country and Metaverse.Network.
Phala released a new ecosystem update.
