What is up my friends! Finally, the time has come, after the premature announcement resulting in tomatoes being thrown, KSM has been distributed for Wag Media bounties.

Aside from a potential bulging wallet balance, you may have noticed the concierge nagging away at you with a load of notifications.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if there have been any issues with receiving rewards, although we embrace the Chaos, some hiccups may happen, especially in the early days.

Whilst the glorious CHRWNA is still the preferred reward to many (as it doesn’t get affected by the downturn in the market), it is nice to get rewards with monetary value for the effort put into Decentralizing the Story of DotSama.

TOP NEWS OF THE WEEK

This week we see the start of the eagerly awaited Skybreach land sales. This applies to Kokopelli holders (who have burned their vouchers), and is available to them for 7 days from June 17th.

Whilst Kokopelli voucher burners will have the advantage, this does not stop the rest of us to plan ahead. In fact, there are a number of community teams/DAOs that have formed, with members strategizing together as the next phases follow from June 24th.

If you haven’t started planning then there are a number of things to consider. Firstly you will need to understand how to use the map. Next, you will need to be aware of the types of land. Then you can dig deeper into the mechanics of resources, indicators, boosts, and that some land will come with Othala Chunkies. More advanced planning will primarily be about fulfilling quests, such as the castle quest. One important thing to note, there will be the introduction of World Decay, a concept to prevent ghost towns from land banking.

Although Skybreach will be considered an easy-to-play 2D metaverse, there is still quite a bit to take in. Energy Web published an article to discuss its latest electric vehicle (EV) charging solution called ReBeam. It facilitates the EV charging process by streamlining interactions between EVs and suppliers. Furthermore, it integrates different parties involved in the EV charging process under a common platform known as Open Charging Network. Owners can take advantage of direct connection to charge point operators, empowering them with more choice. A demonstration of this solution was carried out with Lichtblick, Germany's largest independent green energy provider.
OriginTrail's (OT) strategic partner, BSI (British Standards Institution) published an article about the Trusted Bytes project. It provides an insight into real use cases that can be supported by OT’s Decentralised Knowledge Graph. Crowdloan Updates

Coinversation won the 19th Polkadot's 19th Parachain Auction. They collected only 143K+ $DOT from 1033+ Contributors. This is the lowest bid to secure a Polkadot Slot. Currently, only another project is bidding for the next project, hope to see more projects start their bidding soon.
Congratulations to Tanganika Network for winning the 40th Kusama parachain slot (39th auction). Contributions were 5,356 KSM, from 263 contributors (3rd party contributors TBA). This just about replaces the previous lowest winning contribution for a Kusama parachain.
Litentry announces their roadmap for the Polkadot Parachain rollout.
Bajun Network provides information about the secret rewards that crowdloaners may have attempted to solve. Overall, there were a number of bonuses that were devised into the following community pots: secret rewards, early supporters of DOTMog, and giveaways & calls for Projects (on Bajun).

Parallel, will stop supporting KSM crowdloans from batch 40 onwards.
Taiga has opened 3pool on Karura. The bootstrap will offer one of the best incentives for stable pools within DotSama, and will last 52 weeks. You can deposit aUSD, USDC, and USDT (the latter two via Wormhole). For followers of this development, Proposal 2 was the option that was decided, it offers a great yield and has less supply shock on KSM. Incentives will be from TAI, KAR, and KSM. The KSM portion is distributed in LKSM and taiKSM, which will in turn provide further yield opportunities. NOTE: Subject to periodic review of distribution mechanism and incentives schedule.

Acala has announced the launch of EVM+ today. This will allow users to utilize the Wormhole bridge, enabling asset transfer (in particular stable assets) from other L1 chains (such as ETH, BNB, AVAX, FTM, MATIC, SOL, and ROSE). USDC and USDT can be bridged for use in the 3pool powered by Taiga on the Karura DEX. As tweeted by Dan Reecer, Wormhole is about to shake Polkadot's world!

Time to rally the troops again! DeFi Llama still incorrectly shows Polkadot TVL. The conversation is live once again. Everyone joins in with likes/RT and if you have a good point - go ahead and chime in!
Mangata X has concluded its bootstrapping event. The final balance of contributions was 12,262 $KSM & 191,346,118 $MGX – which represents a ratio of 15605:1. Using a USD value of $51 fo KSM then 1 MGX is 0.003268, TVL is 1.25M, the market cap is 3.268M, and the fully diluted value is just over 13M.
Users can now bridge tokens from several chains into Astar Network using XY Finance. They can also directly buy $ASTR on Astar Network. All of this provides convenience as you don’t need to bridge to Polkadot and then shift to Astar anymore.
Zenlink, who are a crosschain DEX (currently supporting Moonbeam and Moonriver) are in the process of integrating Astar. The estimated deployment timeline is very rapid - up and running on Astar by end of June to early July. The ZLK token covers both Kusama and Polkadot networks, with all existing functions coming to Astar. Zenlink has also made an application to join the Astar builders program.
Equilibrium will soon support native assets from the Acala and Karura networks.

Governance

Cosmize made a proposal to join Astar’s Builders Program. They are looking to build Astar’s 1st NFT Metaverse. The metaverse will be divided into 3 main worlds: Floating world, Underwater world, and Ground world. The project consists of a large team of 49 ppl. Teaser trailer and details on the proposal here.
Referendum #207 is up for voting to Open an HRMP Channel Between Robonomics and Statemine.
HRMP channel Mangata-Karura, a proposal is being discussed before being taken to voting.

DeepDAO welcomes Polkadot and Kusama onto their platform which keeps track of governance-specific data such as active voters, the number of holders of the governance token, and more.
Bifrost has kicked off the on-chain referendum for compensating DOT to the Polkadot.
Council motion 495 has been tabled. It aims to decrease the number of nomination pools and their participants to make the migration easier in case of planned updates/fixes. Learn more about nomination pools here.
Polkasembly introduces a new process of solving the accountability challenge on Treasury Proposals. Teams are now asked to submit a deadline and update their proposal status in order to make it possible for the community and council members to evaluate the completion.

Kusama Referendum 208 is up for voting. The team is currently investigating a bug in the reward payment mechanism and they likely require migration of pools. To make it easier, the team lowered the number of pools to 64 and 16 members per pool which means a maximum of 1024 members can participate in pools in Kusama temporarily.
NFTs have been distributed to the Referendum 204 voters, and you know the drill by now we have a chance at 3 different rarities.

The moonninjas floor has been increasing for the past few days and just skyrocketed from ~0.19 MOVR to a 4 MOVR floor in the past 48 hours or so. A telegram group was created today with Donnie asking for moonninjas to be "donated" to an address he provided. Additionally, there was a warning of a time limit to take action which has now passed.
